Construct validity analysis: Assessment for learning primary mathematics questionnaire

Construct validity is an essential aspect of developing instrument that involves the collection evidence to justify decisions. A pilot study was conducted in Hulu Langat, Selangor, identify construct a questionnaire developed measure practice Assessment for Learning among primary school Mathematics teachers Central Zone, Malaysia. This applied simple random sampling technique involving 406 who agreed perform self-assessment using online questionnaire. Data analysis performed AMOS 23 software. The findings showed only 55 out 72 items achieved fit Confirmatory Factor Analysis. Next, 12 constructs studied met statistical requirements Discriminant Validity and Composite Reliability. this are discussed, suggestions improvement given. construction valid reliable contributes field measurement evaluation. contribution meets needs fills research gap psychometrics.
